The NODCC sponsors an annual, three-day conference where scientists specializing in the study of callosal disorders present the latest research; physical therapists, speech pathologists, special education teachers, and many others who work professionally with children with this disorder present various strategies for helping these children to develop and thrive; and families have the opportunity to network and share their life experiences with one another.
The Disorders of the Corpus Callosum Conference 2008 will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Philadelphia/Cherry Hill on July 18 through July 20 and we anticipate over 400 attendees. Exhibitor tables will be set-up in the conference area hallways. Exhibition hours are scheduled on Saturday, July 19 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday, July 20 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Exhibitor table costs are as follows:
Full Table Exhibit $200.00 (lunch for 2 representatives will be provided)
Shared ½ Table Exhibit $100.00 (lunch for 1 representative will be provided)
Brochure Table $25.00 per brochure display
Exhibitor funds donated to our conference will help finance our Children’s Program, professional speaker honorariums, and general materials needed to run the conference. We are also seeking donated goods and services for our Silent Auction; proceeds from the auction will also defray conference expenses.
