Registration and Cancellation Policy Option 1 Full Conference early bird registration fees are Adult (18+) $185.00 USD, Teen (13-17) $185.00 USD, and Child (3-12) $185.00 USD through June 14, 2010. Registration fees as of June 15 are Adult (18+) $210.00 USD, Teen (13-17) $210.00 USD, and Child (3-12) $210.00 USD. See registration form for other fee options. Please register no later than June 14, 2010, to ensure admission at the early bird rate. Online registration is CLOSED.

Registrations must be received by the NODCC Main Office no later than July 19, 2010. Thereafter, registration will be available only at the door for $275.00 per person and will not include meals. 90% cancellation refund if requested in writing prior to June 15, 2010. 50% cancellation refund if requested in writing between June 15 and July 1, 2010. No refunds for cancellations received after July 1, 2010. Please note the NODCC Central Office will be closed July 27 through August 7, 2010 as staff will be in northern California to handle the conference. However, staff will respond to email to the NODCC and to phone inquiries.
Liability Releases All attendees are required to sign the DCC Conference Participation Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement and the Photography, Videotape, Audiotape Release Authorization on the back of the conference registration form. Parents are required to sign on behalf of children under age 18, or for those over 18 if the parent is the legal guardian for that individual.
Lodging Conference will take place at the Santa Clara Marriott, 2700 Mission College Boulevard, Santa Clara, CA 95054. A block of rooms (king or 2 double beds) has been held, for NODCC conference attendees only, at a rate of $114.00 USD per night on a first-reserved basis until June 30, 2010. Please arrange your lodging reservation directly with the hotel by phoning 408-988-1500 or reserving online. Refer to group code NOCNOCA.
Hotel rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. If you wish to extend your visit either before or after the three-day conference, please contact the hotel directly to request the NODCC group rate, which is valid for July 28 - August 2. Parking is $5 a day for hotel-registered guests. The hotel lobby and meeting rooms may seem chilly to some visitors; please bring a light sweater with you. And, be sure to bring your swimsuit to play in the indoor/outdoor pool.
Meals The full conference package (Option 1) includes Friday evening dinner buffet, Saturday boxed lunch and evening pizza party/dance, and Sunday lunch buffet. The banquets include a selection of “kid’s foods.” Other hotel dining options include Parcel 104 restaurant, a Starbuck's Kiosk in the hotel lobby, and Characters Sports Bar & Grill. On Saturday and Sunday mornings the hotel will provide an array of continental breakfast foods for purchase in the conference atrium. Many national chain restaurants are also available in the local area.
Airline Travel Information The nearest airports are: San Jose (SJC) located 4
miles south, San Francisco (SFO) located 30 miles north, and Oakland
(OAK) located 30 miles north-east.
Local Transportation Information The Santa Clara Marriott does not provide any type of shuttle service. Both the Greyhound bus and Amtrak train stations are located 4 miles west of the hotel. Rental cars can be reserved with a special Hertz discount (CDP number 1960532).

Kids & Teens Camps The Kids Camp will be available for up to 60 children who are registered conference attendees (with DCC or siblings aged 3–12) on a first registered basis. Kindly note that we do not offer care for children under the age of 3 years. The Teens Camp will provide activities for up to 20 teenagers (with DCC or siblings aged 13–17).
The camps will be fully staffed by Corporate Kids Events (CKE) . Only those registrants who check the request box on the conference registration form will be emailed the Kids & Teens Camps Registration Form. Click here for more information on the DCC Conference Kids & Teens Camps.
Counselor in Leadership Training Program (CILT) This is a very special program designed for teen siblings. Those registered in the CILT Program will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in working with children. Under the CKE Certified Team Building Instructor, those teens selected for this program will earn a Certificate of Completion, which has been used by many teens to earn community service hours and to obtain employment in childcare. Registration for this program involves the same form as the Kids & Teens Camps. Only
